Pain and Stabbing Sensation

I had my c section 5 days ago,first 2 days were literally on bed, from 3rd day I started walking a bit and climb stairs as well, 4th day was too good, I was so fresh, no pain, nothing, I keep on moving whole day but at night a sharp sudden pain started at left side of lower abdomen while laying, the pain continues today, it starts and end suddenly in any posture, its like burning and stabbing sensation, what can be the reason?

I'm sorry to hear that. Some amount of pain is expected after surgery and with movement. Recovery takes time and the more you move around the faster you will heal.
Alarm signs when you need to see your doctor is when your pain is continuous and severely unbearable, if you have a fever, if your wound sight feels unusually tender, warm, red and hurts or is oozing any liquid.
