Salam can anybody guide me I feel so much pain in my finger it happens most when I get up after sleep when I move my fingers.

Dear Patient,

Consider showing a medical specialist/rheumatologist. Its not usual for young women to experience pain n stiffness like this. Perhaps it may be due to some muscular weakness or due to swelling during sleep. We cannot say without running tests. Just massage them lightly before sleeping with warm oil. After waking up dip it in a bowl of warm water n then move your fingers around. See if this helps a little.
