Pain in Foot

Hi doctors can you guide about I am having little pain in my right foot it slides towards right side while walking and little finger gets on other fingers while wearing the shoe of my size the top bone feels little hurt and same with the heel it feels like foot has widened its shape towards right side, plz guide what to do?
