Pain in left side of stomach

Mostly left side and middle just above the hair line. Pain is sharp. Feel a little dizzy and nausea. Had mirena put in 3 weeks ago, havent stopped menstrual bleeding since, heavier today.

Dear Patient,

Im so sorry to hear this. Kindly take tablet transamine 500mg three times a day for 3-5days to slow the bleeding down. Also take tablet ponstan forte twice a day for pain.
Its common to have excessive bleed after IUD, but its been many days and you are experiencing pain. These may be due to bleeding and our medications should settle things down. But Just to be on the safe side we recommend a pelvic ultrasound immediately and a followup with your gynecologist or one of ours.
