Pain in Legs

Asked for Male, 61 years

55 years male suffering from pain in legs. Pain is severe and radiates to the whole leg occurs at night while sleeping. He doesn't feel any pain in daytime pain is relieved by walking. Pat is hypertensive and is taking antihypertensives he has also undergone angioplasty 15 yrs back....no history of diabetes..no other current illness....what can be the cause of this pain?
