Pain in Neck

I have been having neck pain that is going up in my head causing headaches everyday for a week now. Headache can be felt at the crown and at the base of the neck. And sometimes it is hurting me to move my neck too. Please advice on what I can do and what could be causing it. Thank you.

Have you happened to check your bp during these episodes? Is there any stiffness, redness, swelling, warmth or history of injury to this region?
