Pain in Ribs

AOA I'm having pain in ribs due to a bad cough. I have taken medicine and syrups from three doctors now cough is reduced but when I lay down for sleep or try to laugh I cough badly which causes swear pain in ribs it seems like there is becoming a hole to ribs please suggest me something good. I'm tired of coughing

Dear Patient,

Have you tried finding out why this cough is persistent? Is it allergies or something serious? Take 1 tablet myteka 10mg daily at night for a few weeks. You can even take it for a few months if this is an allergic cough. If you feel there's no benefit or you have a persistent cough then do get a chest Xray.
