Pain in right shoulder

My mom has severe shooting pain in her right shoulder. A month ago, she pulled a heavy box and since that day her arm aches but for some reason we couldn't seek medical help that time and the pain has increased so much that she can't move her shoulder at all. Also, she can't even pick things from her hand. Her shoulder pain is also affecting her ears, chest, neck and lower arm and also the grip of hands. Kindly suggest which specialist should we see?

It seems like there is a little inflammation of your tendon, tries the following treatment for a week and meanwhile takes an orthopedic appointment so that if it doesn't heal you can get some tests done with an expert opinion.
- fastum gel application on affected areas 3 times a day
- hot compression using hot water bag or hot towel
- take brexin tablet once in the morning and once at night
- try to restrict the movement of shoulder till the pain subsides
