Pain in Shoulders

I have been having shoulder pain just on top of it. I am able to flexibly move my shoulder but walking a long distance or standing for a long time is a problem. Even if it's working it pains hence affecting my day to day life.What could be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear that. Is there any redness, swelling, tingling, or numbness of the joint?
I would recommend you to show a specialist as this may be frozen shoulder. Apply hot compressions to this joint and voltral gel. Take tablet ponstan forte twice a day. If you don't feel better in a week please see a specialist.
