Pain in stitches area

What could be reason of pain in Stitches after almost 20 days of c section...After removal of stitches it was fine but now again there is pain.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Notice if you have any fever(using a thermometer), is there any extra redness, pus/watery discharge coming out of your wound? Apply mycitracin ointment to your wound, bathe daily and keep it clean and dry. Use alcohol swabs to clean it gently before applying mycitracin. If you have fever/redness/any discharge from wound kindly show your doctor again.
