Pain in the Jaw

My son 19 yrs old is having pain at the end of the jaw since morning. Couldn't open his mouth properly and now there is a swollen part near his ear or at the end of jaw. Are these the Mumps symptoms but he isn't having any fever or tiredness.

I'm sorry to hear that. It could be an inflammation of the joint or lymph node or a cyst. Give him brufen 200mg thrice a day and do warm compresses of this area for relief. If things don't improve in 3 days then see a specialist.
