Periods Problem

I want to ask from gynecologist I gave birth to a baby boy on 21 January 40 days completed on 1st March. But after that, till now I don't have periods is it normal?

Dear Patient,

Yes, it's normal. Periods vary after delivery if the mother is nursing her child. Once you stop nursing or in some months (whichever comes first) your cycles will become normal.
This doesn't mean you are on naturally contraceptive. You still need to use contraception and have safe intercourse.
