Postnatal Depression

Its been 7 months after my c sec. I had postnatal depression but I m not completely fine. Whenever I go to bed at night I had some strange painless sensations in my head and uncomfortable ears (no pain no hearing problem) Vit D k injection b liye and daily osnate D b lerai. How could I come out from this situation I'm fed up. I was completely alright after 1st c sec its my 2nd c sec.
