Pressure on chest

I have a question for 6 months wherever I eat rice I feel a kind of pressure and pain in the chest. After 1-2 hours I think when food goes down or pass the esophagus it’s fine. I don’t have any health issue. Need expert advice

I'm sorry to hear that. Is it possible that you don't chew your food slowly or take a huge serving of rice? Try taking a small portion and chew it slowly, also take a sip or two of water after few bites. After eating walk for ten mins, if this doesn't help I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist.
