Is there any way to stop having sleep paralysis attacks? Why do I have to suffer this I mean koi deficiency ya kuch or and is there any treatment? Ya medical me isko baymari samjha hi nhe jata? As I don't know k whom to consult and doctors mostly antidepressants or tranquilizers de k bat khtm kr dety hn. Plz someone help me
