Stiffness in Neck

Hello, my friend is complaining about stiffness around the neck shoulder area from couple of days also he cannot move his neck due to severe pain.... Please guide what should he do or any good Dr

Dear Patient,

You could try ice packs or hot water bags, after ten minutes of massage with it you could rotate your neck and arms and see if you are able to move it a little more. you could do this a couple of times daily and apply some Voltral gel on the area and cover it with a handkerchief.
also, take ponstan forte twice a day for one week. If the problem persists, you must see a specialist.
