Uncontrollable movements of arms & legs

I am facing seizure disorder symptoms. A staring spell and uncontrollable jerking movements of the arms and legs. Facing these symptoms 4 to 5 times a day. also i had an major seizure attack last month my whole body vibrate and my tongue cut an bleed. give me the response or what you suggest

I would strongly suggest to be in touch with a neurologist who is empathetic and gives time and tips as well as perhaps a life coach or therapist to help you cope with these challenges.
