AoA. Want suggestions for my 2 years daughter, she is very weak. Any good milk or food anything by which she actually gains weight and looks healthy?

Dear Patient,

When you say weak do you mean she's skinny or physically unfit? It's okay to be thin as long as you have good inner body strength. A good idea would be to give her 1 TSP syrup lederplex or any good b complex syrup that can boost her appetite before breakfast.
Give her egg daily and fruits and vegetables. Red meat is a must. Make sure your child drinks a lot of water too. Nuts, rice, and potatoes are known to help increase weight. I'm sharing some foods and recipes that help boost weight. For a detailed diet plan consult visiting a nutritionist.
