Weakness during Fasting

Salam. 27 March 2019 I went through a c section, now my baby is one month and 11 days, my baby takes mother feed, during fasting feeling much weaknesses, which food should I take in sahri and aftari... Recommend something docs, please.

Dear Patient,

You can take dates, bananas, nuts, figs, oats, chia seeds, shakes, etc as these keep you fuller for longer and boost energy. However, if you don't feel up to it is allowed for breastfeeding women to make up their fasts later.
Also, take your postnatal vitamins including calcium and Iberet folic, this will keep you energized.
