Weight Gain

My weight is 39 kg and my height is 5.4'. I really want to gain weight. I'm having healthy diet and I go to gym 4 times a week. Still my weight is the same from last 6 months please suggest me some meds/supplements for this problem

Dear Patient,

According to the numbers you shared your BMI is 14.7. It should be between 18.5-25. To maintain your current weight you need to eat 1337 cal/day. But to increase your weight you need a total of 300-1000 additional calories/dy.
