I am 41 years old male having 88kg weight. I am not doing exercise now a days. But looking to lose weight. Can you please guide me what food should I take and how much should time i exercise. What time is suitable for exercise now a days? Is swimming a good alternate of walk / exercise?

Dear Patient,

Swimming is normally considered when one wants to build muscle and bulk as your appetite increases when you swim.
You can consider brisk walk and running starting from 20mins daily (make sure to slow walk for a few mins before & after) and slowly increase in time and intensity followed by rigorous exercise. You can follow any good aerobics or cardio exercise on youtube.
