Weight Loss

I am losing all my weight. I don't feel like eating and have low appetite. Now my ribs and backbone are starting to show. I feel tired 24/7. I don't do anything but still feel very weak and tired. It's hard to get out of bed. And I have no fixed sleep timing. Mostly I fall asleep when it's time to eat and end up missing meals. I have always been pale but now I literally have golden yellow complexion. What to do?

Dear Patient,

Do you feel like there is a reason behind your general unwillingness of taking better care of yourself? Are you stressed? What work do you do? Do you smoke/use alcohol or use any social drugs? It may also be that your hormones are not balanced and are causing these symptoms. Please get a CBC, serum TSH and free t4 and t3 tested and send us photos of those reports so we can recommend an endocrinologist.
If your job allows you could also consult a psychologist who can discuss with you about your eating and sleeping habits and help you make a practical routine
