Workout at home

If you want to concieve and lose weight at the same time.. can we do workout at home (not cardio ) just excercises of targeted areas!? As my first pregnancy ended up with miscarriage in August.. now I want to start some sort of workout to get rid of depression.. already doing 45 mints of walk in small portions.. More over I used to do intense cardio 7months ago but I left after my marriage
