Therefore it can leave you dehydrated. In summers, your body already loses water through profuse sweating. And when you drink many cups of coffee or tea, you end up losing water from your body. Therefore to prevent dehydration, you should not consume too much caffeine.
Limit your daily caffeine intake, especially in summers when there are fair chances of getting dehydrated. Instead of consuming caffeinated beverages, it is better to drink fresh juices that give you ample energy and do not leave you dehydrated. Workout is beneficial for your health. But if you do that in summer and without an air conditioner, it can become injurious to your health. When you work out, your body gets warm and warmer, radiating heat. Therefore you must avoid doing it in a hot place. Moreover, in warm weather you may sweat a lot, eventually losing fluid and electrolytes.
Make sure to work out in the summer in an air-conditioned room that is cool and bearable. In a cool room, you will sweat less compared to a non-air-conditioned room.
