Dr. Nauman Niaz is a highly acclaimed Internal Medicine Specialist,
Endocrinologist, Diabetologist & Consultant Physician who is often
regarded as one of the most proficient figures in the relevant field. He is an
experienced professional with the ability to handle a wide range of services
such as Thyroid Diseases, Endoscopic Surgeries, Constipation Treatment,
Hepatitis A, B, C, Colonoscopy, Blood Pressure, Sexual Dysfunction, Chronic

Qualifications
Dr. Nauman Niaz completed his Bachelors in Medicine & Bachelors in
Surgery (MBBS) from Rawalpindi Medical College and started working at
the Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi.
Soon afterward, he completed his post-graduation in the field of
endocrinology and attained a membership of the Royal College of
Physicians (UK) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians
(Edinburgh). He also holds a Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia
and a post-doctorate from the University of Oxford.
Dr. Nauman has been part of the top-rated institutes around the globe and
has gained advanced capabilities on the International standard
comprehensive treatment plans, which enables him to be one of the most
skilfully competent Internists operating in Pakistan.
Experience
Dr. Nauman Niaz has vast amounts of experience ranging over 24 Years in
his line of work and is currently offering consultations at Mehmooda Niaz
Clinic, Islamabad.
Due to his profound love for the game of cricket, he has landed several
roles in the Pakistani sports industry. While he was a post-graduate trainee
at the Holy Family Hospital in 1999, he joined the Pakistan Cricket Board as
Media Coordinator and was promoted to Manager Coordinator of the Asian
Cricket Council. He was later assigned the role of Media Manager at PCB.
He has also worked as the Head of Contents & Senior Anchorperson at PTV
Sports, ultimately becoming the Director Sports & Syndication of the PTVC
and is currently appointed as OSD (Officer on Special Duty) by the
government, who is also shortlisted for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s
Managing Director position.
Dr. Nauman is a PMDC (Now PMC) Registered Professional who has been
working in the field for more than two decades and has earned the status
of a “Celebrity” after his tremendous service for the nation of Pakistan,
working across various platforms and performing numerous roles.

Nauman Niaz is a significant figure in the Health Sector as well as the Sports
& Media Industry. He is a Doctor, Cricket correspondent, Writer,
Anchorperson, Sports Journalist & Avid Memorabilia Collector who has
gained huge fame due to his excellent work and continues to play a
substantial part in the development of these relevant industries in Pakistan.
He has written articles for various newspapers and has anchored different
Live shows that discuss cricket as well as hosting his own show on PTV
Sports titled ‘Game On Hai’ along with former cricketers, Shoaib Akhtar and
Rashid Latif.
Dr. Nauman Niaz has been the face of PTV Sports for several years, with his
show being popular amongst the cricket fans in Pakistan and has also made
several appearances as an analyst or host for channels such as Ten sports
etc.
He was the author of Pakistan Cricket ‘The Story of Betrayal’ (2010) and his
book 'THE FLUCTUATING FORTUNES' was commissioned by the Pakistan
Cricket Board and launched in 2005.
