How to use Co-Diovan Tablet 160mg / 12.5mg?

• Take one tablet once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
• Do not break or crush the tablet unless advised by your doctor
• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well, unless your doctor tells you to stop
• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered, but skip it if the next dose is due soon

Drug Interactions

• Potassium Sparing Diuretics: Combined use with drugs like spironolactone or potassium supplements can raise blood potassium to dangerous levels
