I have a 2 year old baby boy. He has had congestion for the past 2-3 months. I have given him the antibiotics course, the doctor gave but the congestion keeps coming back. He is very active and no fever or other signs. It gets worse in the nights. I keep him fully covered as well. I am out of options. What should I do?

One of my relative is taking a tablet Pintin Tab 25mg from last three years. From last 2 weeks this tablet is not available as pharmacies claim that the manufacturer of this medicine is closed and this particular medicine was prescribed by psychiatrist. I want to know an alternative medicine?

My wife has bone marrow cancer and about 50 melignant lymphas nodes in her lungs liver spleen and many other parts of body. Her HB is 3 and platelets 7. My mother had inflammation in Deltoid muscle so we consult with an orthopedic surgeon and did surgery of wound. Later infection occurred. then wound was opened again because previous surgery wasn't good and so again surgery was done now there's foreign body infection. Test for Deltoid region histopathology indicates Sinus tract tunneling. Kindly tell me what can i do for her? What would be the proper treatment?
