Sharp pain in chest

I have been getting a few random sharp pains, as someone poked me really hard in the left chest area (like around heart) then it would go. I have been doing light housework myself taking wallpaper off. So is it muscle or heart related? And should i take some test? What should i do.

Seems like muscle spasms/nerve pain. This doesn't seem related to the heart. You can rest out and avoid housework.
