How to avoid gas trouble in pregnancy especially at night? Any specific diet? I am 32weeks pregnant facing gas issue. I have severe pain in the Lower abdomen at morning my gynae suggested pain killer, also took isapghol husk in seven up. Now feeling fine should I go for ultrasound or not? Movement is also fine

I am mother of 9months old baby girl, delivered through c-sec and on mother fed. I think I have sleep apnea because I feel tired the whole day. From last 1 year, I am having too much dandruff in my beard mustache and on both sides of the nose. I use head & shoulder shampoo for the head, otherwise, it also comes on the head. Used many good and expensive face wash but now it is a continuous problem. Dandruff comes on beard and mustache hairs and looks awkward.
