Dear Patient,

How much water do you take? If your urine is darkening that means it has less water and if you have excessive sweating means you are losing even more water. Take lots of water 2-3ltrs atleast and fresh juices. Once your water levels increase your kidneys will not be overburdened and pain will reduce. Hot & cold flashes may be due to this or hormonal fluctuation.
