Jerk in Head

i face a severe kind of jerk in my head usually at times of stress, heavy eyes and a bit pain in my feet , i grind my teeth at night which hurts my gums ,i feel tired all day with an absent mind plus i can't eat sweets, it makes me feel suffocated. great hairfall, less appetite what should i do
