Lower Back Pain

Asked for Female, 32 years

Hi I have lower back pain since a week, its very severe that i cannot sit down properly cannot perform my daily task and cannot change my side while sleeping it goes to my hips and knee. I think I have sicastic pain but I am not sure can you please guide which doctor to consult? General physician said go for physiotherapy but I'm not getting any results.....
