Did you do a urine culture when starting this? Did you have recurrent UTI or try other antibiotics but failed? You could try ciproxin 500mg BD instead if this is your first UTI or if you didn't have a culture. Diarrhea and stomachache mean your body is having a tough time with fosfomycin. If though, you can only take this medicine then don't stop it and take ispaghol husk, yogurt, bananas, and khichri. Take Biflor sachet after every stool and take Tab FLAGYL 400mg three times a day for five days if stools are frequent. Take ORS and for pain take tablet nospa forte twice a day before meals.
