Migraine and Headache

I take breakfast and dinner only. I have migraine and headache history during which my left temple and ear are in pain. Recently if I am having a migraine then after dinner I feel like vomiting the meal. What could be causing this vomit/gag?

Dear Patient,

Migraine is a combination of headache, nausea/vomiting and aura.
Having one or all of these symptoms counts as having migraine. One of the reasons you may be experiencing this is cause you starve yourself all day. Kindly take frequent small meals rather than two large meals.
Walk for ten mins after your meal and see if this helps. Avoid triggers that increase your migraine.
