Numbness in legs and arms

I am having extreme numbness in my right leg and both arms along with tightness in chest and heaviness in heart. I am having this issue for more than a week now, but right now symptoms are getting worse, I have been to 2 GPs, they give me vitamin deficiency tablets and antianxiety, both are not making any difference, can’t sleep at all when this condition gets worse, Who will be the specialist that i need to go to? Any precautions that I need to follow?

Your symptoms could be due to stress/anxiety/low hormone levels like Thyroid/ or B12 deficiency. It would be best to perhaps see an endocrinologist or a neurologist who can perform some examinations and blood tests and diagnose you better. Please continue taking your multivitamins and anxiolytics.
