I don't know why but my weight is increasing. 4 months before I was quite smart but suddenly my weight increased from 45 to 52 specially my leg's weight. I am really worried about it. I need some tips for weight loss especially leg's weight?

Dear Patient,

You can avoid carbonated drinks, sugary foods, junk food, rice, wheat and try eating meat, fish, dairy, fruits, and veggies. You can increase your water intake and also consume detox juices. Take up some healthy sport or activity to perform daily along with brisk walking for 30 mins daily.
If you feel your weight gain is accompanied with menstrual issues, sleep/appetite/mood imbalances or hair and nail changes you should meet with an endocrinologist for some blood tests and diagnosis. Sometimes, weight gain may be nonspecific during the 20s.
