Pain in Neck and Shoulders

I have pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back muscle. i feel tightness in muscles. When i stretch towards right i feel pain in upper back muscle. I am facing this issue for a very long time. i have used nuberol forte but did not get any benefit. kindly prescribe me medicine for this issue.

Dear Patient,

When did this problem start? Is there any stiffness in the morning or evening? Is there any redness or area is warm? Are u experiencing any numbness or tingling in the affected or adjacent areas?
I would recommend you do heat therapy with hot water bag/warm towels and apply voltral gel thrice to the affected region. You may also want to visit a physiotherapist who can teach you some exercises you can do at home to relieve this. If you feel the problem is getting aggravated you may want to see a specialist immediately.
