Severe Headaches

My daughter is suffering from a headache for 5 days, I recently took her to the doctor. He said that maybe she has a sinus problem but he gave her antibiotic. Yesterday I took her to another doctor, he said that she may have a migraine. Now the problem is by giving panadol and brufen, but she is still suffering from severe headache only on her forehead area and she's not having any food and if she eats anything. She vomits please suggest to me what I can do to stop the pain.

Dear Patient,

I cannot be sure without discussing with you her entire case as to what this is and why this is happening but I would not recommend any stronger painkillers for her. The heatwave has been intense in Karachi. If she's got no history of head injury and she is already on painkillers I would further recommend to just give her lassi, mint lemonade(fresh homemade), fresh juices and light plain foods like khichri, potatoes, fruits, etc. I wouldn't recommend anything else. Just give her a bath daily, protect her from sunlight, make sure she's wearing light clothes and having lots of water. IA this will help her improve.
