You should eat more of the fruit and vegetables with a high water content to stay hydrated. Summer is an ideal time to eat more raw foods such as salads, smoothies, and cold soups. 1- Watermelon:

The first fruit that comes to mind when talking about summer is watermelon. It is full of health benefits and is often referred to as a body-healing fruit.
