Dr. Sajid Hussain

Born on 12 January, 1958 at Lahore and receiving primary and middle level education in esteemed schools here, he had the privilege of studying at Cadet College Hasan Abdal for HSC and FSC education and acquired his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College, Karachi in 1984, followed by 8 years of experience in medical, surgical and intensive care specialties at Civil Hospital Karachi and Karachi National Hospital. He joined world’s largest multinational pharmaceutical company, Glaxo/GlaxoWelcome/GlaxoSmithKline as Chief Medical Officer and Consultant Corporate Physician for 26 years during which he managed successfully high quality healthcare of 10,000 employees and their families. He remained a key player in an integrated health management system with expanded role in multispecialty medical services, occupational health and allied administrative work, policy development and implementation, prioritizing programs and devising casemanagements strategies that benefit employees and company most, treating non-work and work-related illnesses and injuries, leading to vital investment in organization’s success and wellbeing of its human capital. During his full time service here, he had the privilege of receiving professional and skills development trainings through courses in Pakistan, UK, India, Morocco and Dubai. He enhanced his competencies by continuing medical education by self-studies, practice experience and attendance at courses at College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi as well as multiple corporate courses in occupational health, hygiene, environment, safety and preventive healthcare, all to broaden vision leading to stimulation of thought and knowledge including its simultaneous application. After his retirement in January 2018, he is practicing family medicine, general practice and aesthetic medicine. He has certification from well recognized and prestigious American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine with post qualification 1 year rich experience of treating competently and ethically more than 1000 highly satisfied patients by performing a wide variety of Aclass aesthetics procedures, as described in the brochure here, using best quality products and charging minimal fee to provide greater affordability. Dr. Sajid is keen, effortful and meticulous and always undertakes his work in consonance with high degree of professional and personal commitment.
