Dr Rukhsana graduated from Aga Khan University Medical College in 1992 and continued to work there till 1994. She became a member of the Royal College of Physicians UK in 1997. She underwent specialist registrar training in respiratory medicine and general medicine and passed the MRCGP UK exam with merit. She has vast experience in general and respiratory medicine with a strong hold on chronic disease management, palliative care, cancer management, psychiatry, paediatrics, dermatology and women’s health issues and family planning.
