Female Patient. There are horizontal lines on her nails. She noticed before 2 months. These lines were not. What vitamin deficiency causes horizontal lines in fingernails. Is it serious?

I want to know the reason of feeling jerks in legs at night when you lay down to sleep and a very irritating feeling and pressure under the feet. Massage makes it better but I'm looking for the cause and permanent treatment as it really disturbs my sleep P.s, the patient of ulcerative colitis. Age 32. Currently on masacol tablets. The leg issue is becoming worse each day. Sometimes it feels my legs are lifeless with no energy.

I am around 37 in good health slight overweight, I always have a disturbed stomach, especially after taking soda or tea, I do exercise, etc but this prob continues on and off, can anyone advice ?? ( occasional sheesha smoker )

Posting on behalf of my friend. She slipped on tiles around 2 months back and had pain in the right knee since then. She didn't go to the doctor. She feels pain while walking or climbing stairs or even sitting down. So I made her go to a doctor. The doctor diagnosed it as miniscal injury and asked her to rest. But she cannot rest as she is the mother of an infant. So now her pain has increased even further. She got fresh x-ray. Dear Doctors need your advice on it.

I have a problem. I have chronic constipation for many months And I use skilax drops sometimes and it gets relieved but when i stop it i again get constipation. Asking for a friend He is facing headache and body pain almost every time, specially in legs he feels too much pain. He has history of germ cell tumor and got treated with chemotherapy 4 cycles of BEP in year 2015. His radical nephrectomy was also done in same year. Is this pain is due to chemothrapy? Aoa. Im 28, married. Two years back during pregnancy cyst was noted. It was painful at tht time but because of pregnancy didn't follow up. Its size was, 0.6 i think. Had on and off pains but ignored, checked again today cause of pains. It is 6.4. And haemorrhagic cyst. What is the treatment other then birth control pills cause we are planning a baby.
