i want to ask that my hands and arms are dark as compared to face especially the knuckles. Secondly, I was recommended biolyn shampoo for thinning hair 3years back. Since then I have been using it but the quality of my hair is changed. Individual hair strands are thick and rough while previously they were smooth and relatively fine. Recommendations for any other shampoo?

Problem is when i stand up i get weird kind of pressure in both my hands when they are straight like blood is not flowing properly. I feel the pressure till my nails. Is this a serious issue? What tests can be done to rule this out?

Excessive hair loss problem. ▪History: Stressed pt. (she thinks a lot), also has visual problems. Need some guidance for a protein deficient buccal mucosa cancer patient's diet. He's having blood infection and low Hb. Unfortunately, the blood can't be transfused. He is unable to eat because he has no teeth; he can only drink. Please guide/refer me a good balanced diet plan for him. He's severally ill and can't visit any Nutritionist.

It’s been 3 days the patient has been the victim of high fever with joint pains and mild swelling and then the rashes appeared. Fever subsided on 4th day but there is itching in rash and the rash has started to spread. There is also joint pain.
