I’m 28 years old & mother of 2 year old baby. I’m usually a calm & happy person, but nowadays I feel sad. But the main issue is, I got so much anger that I got mad. It’s happened 4 times in a time of almost 2.5 months. I got mad at such a level that I hit my husband & also use tough language with my daughter. Like today I almost scratched his full arm and when I got normal I feel so much embarrassment that I can’t explain. Doc, plz tell why this is happening to me.

I have very dark black circles around my eyes from last 6-8 months unable to find accurate reasons, I sit around 10-12 hours daily on computer, work, and games, I sleep around 5 hours daily timings are probably after fajr till 11 AM, when I went to blood donation this week the doctor said too much black circles and HB level is 11.4 you cannot donate,also when I meet someone after 3-4 months he says then you don't sleep why so many dark circles how can I remove these. please help.

I feel pain in my legs mostly at night , i am too sleepy but still i can't sleep because of uncomfortable sensation in legs , this is mostly happen when i am at rest position , but when i start walking it suddenly goes away when i am again at bed it comes.. i consult to my doctor he gave me calcium and vitamins along with 12 supplement also a pain killer ( orphenadrine citrate and paracetamol ) at fitst it all help but now it didn't work . it seems like RLS kindly help me this is soo painful

She went back to Pakistan last week and checked there in CMH hospital Lahore. Doctor asked surgery is dangerous as the level is so high. My mother was diagnosed with PCOS a few months back. In order to regulate her cycles, doctor prescribed famila 28 for 3 months. The cycle was regular for the past two months. It would start at the second last brown pill. This was the third month, but this time the cycle did not start even after completing the pill pack. What could be the reason? Is it normal? Salam. My cousin has pain in her breast and all around the breast. Pain going to the arms and shoulders as well. She has pain in the back exactly at the breast side(left one). She has no lump, she was thinking about heart problem but that is ok. Drs said that it is muscular pain but she said that she has pain all the time when she lay down, can't breathe properly.
