A child 2.5 year old does not respond to his name and does not bother about whats happening around..doesnot make eyecontact also not bothered by other kids playing nearby.can memorize and repeat words learned from youtube videos like 123 upto 20 and abc. also some poems phrases and repeat as per his wish not on request. Autism be suspected? Kindly suggest specialist doctor for early managment if its alarming.

Female Patient age of 52 years old have SpO2 level decreases at night time upto 70% and in day time its constant 88% to 90%. But still very low at day time as well. Any suggestion, medicine or equipment to increase SPO2 level.

My son will turn 3 in January and he doesn't talk properly, he starts the conversation and after couple of words he starts his gibberish. Dr suggested speech therapy in April this year but we wanted to give him some time as we speak Urdu, English and pushto at home. We plan to put him in school for couple of months initially to see whether he starts to talk properly with other children and if he doesn't then will start speech therapy. Please guide on this. Asalam o alaikum i have query regarding my 2.8 year old son. He is masha Allah a very active child but since last two three months he has quit eating he isn't very fond of milk too. I have taken him to different doctors for check up but i don't understand that why quitting meal is not a big deal for doctors here. Even without checking him they tell me that he is fine.
