When temperatures are soaring, you should fill up your plate with more cooling foods, especially seasonal produce. You should eat more of the fruit and vegetables with a high water content to stay hydrated. Summer is an ideal time to eat more raw foods such as salads, smoothies, and cold soups. These foods will help you stay cool despite rising temperature and humidity. Load your plates with these super foods that keep you cool all summer long!

1- Watermelon:

The first fruit that comes to mind when talking about summer is watermelon. It is full of health benefits and is often referred to as a body-healing fruit. It is full of vitamin C which boosts immunity and is great for skin. Watermelon also contains lycopene which is a powerful antioxidant.
