I have on & off the pain in left arm from last 2-3 weeks. Mostly start at night. What should be the possible cause of it? Is it related to digestion or heart?

My complexion is fair but my hands are dark, specifically, the fingers, Can any dr. Suggest something?

My father is a heart patient and he is diabetic as well. Recently he is diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis. He has pain in knees for almost a month, medicines prescribed by the Orthopedic didn't work well, he still feels pain. Now Rheumatologist has prescribed Prednisolone, Neugab, and Distalgesic. He is already taking blood thinner for heart and diabetic medicines. Are the medicines prescribed by Rheumatologist which I mentioned above can be taken with heart and diabetic medicines?

I'm having an itching problem on testicles. Using the Lotrix cream, sometimes the cream works and sometimes it doesn't. There are no marks on testicles but it's itchy.

I have severe dandruff and dry crack heals even in summer? I used many shampoos and creams for feet but all in vain. I want to know about the causes and what to do. I have pain in my lower back which appears about 1-2 times a year and usually goes away in 1-2 weeks. The pain is not triggered by anything. When this happens I am unable to walk, unable to stand up by myself, unable to sleep, and I experience agonising muscle spasms. I have seen various doctors and received 3 different diagnoses: sciatica, slipped disc, facet joint syndrome. I have been refused a scan as I am 'too young'. I am 25 and otherwise healthy.
