I have these marks on my back. I consulted a skin specialist and he gave some ointment for it but did not work. Has been occuring since last 6 years. please reccomend a solution

My 11months old daughter is 11.5kgs in weight and 29inches in height. Day by day its becoming difficult to carry her as She is developmentally delayed. Elderly lady of 55+ suffering from chronic constipation since 2 weeks.
